TCM661 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of scientific research and the research process. Students learn how to identify industry-related problems, develop research questions and objectives, design appropriate research methods, and plan data collection and analysis. By the end of the course, students will prepare and present a research proposal as the foundation for their Final Year Project.

TCM681 FINAL YEAR PROJECT

This course enables students to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout their studies to solve real-world industry problems. Working closely with their supervisors and industry partners, students conduct an industry-based research project, apply appropriate research methods, analyze findings, and develop practical solutions. The course concludes with the submission of a final project report and a professional presentation to demonstrate their research outcomes and technical competencies.
